We check for questions throughout the day. You can expect an email response within 24 hours (or much sooner!), except on holidays when we will respond as soon as a librarian is available. If you have a question requiring immediate help, please call us at 585-343-0055 Ext. 6419.  If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please call or chat with us.

Please note: 电子邮件 works best for brief factual or directional questions. If a librarian decides that your question cannot be properly answered through email, you’ll be directed to call or visit the library for assistance.

We prioritize service to Genesee Community College students, faculty and staff. At busy times we may not be able to respond to questions from others in a timely fashion.

Privacy Policy: Your question may be saved and archived so that we can create a Frequently Asked Questions database of questions and answers.  We will not save any contact (personal) information.
